The Underfeeding Meal Plan


This method includes eating two micro meals and then a sensible dinner. Be sure to drink plenty of water and have 5 fish oil capsules 20 minutes before your micro meals.

Meals

Option 1

Garden of Life Raw Meal      ½ - 1 scoop

Essential Amino Energy        1 – 2 scoops

Coconut Oil or MCT Oil         1 tablespoon

Option 2

Green Food Powder              ½ - 1 scoop

Protein Powder                      ½  – 1 scoop

Psyllium Husks                       1 tablespoon

Coconut Oil or MCT Oil         1 tablespoon
