16 ounces / .5 liter of Milk Pre-Workout and Post-Workout

Bodybuilders and Strength Athletes have a long relationship with milk. It was my first post-workout along with raw eggs and orange juice. I didn't purposely drink it because of it's protein content, milk just happened to be readily available. Hardgainers should go for chocolate milk.
