Hex Bar Deadlift and Cardio Acceleration Day

I learned about cardio acceleration from Jim Stoppani's Short Cut to Shred. I liked the idea and decided to implement it on my hex bar deadlift day. Here's the breakdown.


Treadmill walk 5 minutes

Deadlift 10 reps with 140 lbs

Treadmill walk 5 minutes

Deadlift 5 reps with 210 lbs

Treadmill walk 5 minutes

Deadlift 1 rep with 260 lbs

Treadmill walk 5 minutes

Deadlift 1 rep with 280 lbs

Treadmill walk 5 minutes

Deadlift 1 rep with 300 lbs

Treadmill walk 5 minutes
