Pull-ups 3 reps

One-Arm Heavy DB Rows 3 reps per arm

No Rest between Pull-ups and Dumbbell Rows

Rest 0 sec to 1 min between superset. As many sets as you can get. Once per week for three weeks. Fourth week test your max number of reps on one set after a warm-up.
