Nick Nilsson’s Metabolic Surge Workout by Elliott Hulse


The workout involves strength training combined with high intensity interval training (HIIT) for 40 seconds between sets.

Power Cleans                        3x3

Dumbbell Bench Press        3x6

Dumbbell Rows                    3x6

Front Squats                         2x5

Deadlifts                                2x5
