Here’s a few “old school” bodybuilding
recipes. There were stories of guys drinking raw milk, fish protein powder
mixes and even cow’s blood. In the 80’s I resorted to drinking orange juice
mixed with raw eggs. Man, I’m glad we have so many options in tasty powders and
RTDs.
Vince Gironda’s Special Protein Drink
12 oz. half & half
12 raw eggs. ( best to use the 100% liquid eggs we have today I guess, but they have no yolk. Comments on that one.

- No carbohydrate formula – don’t have specifics
- 66% freeze dried egg and 34% milk protein
- 90% milk protein and 10% whole egg protein
