My new morning workout stack.

I was not feeling it for a few weeks and my morning workouts were suffering. I was lethargic and unmotivated. Well, I had been doing the fasted workout for some months now and I think I was petering out.

Here’s what seems to have brought me back.

1.  1 tablespoon of fish oil – currently Carlson’s Cod Liver Oil

2.  An amino acid drink – currently Controlled Labs Purple Wraath

3.  1000 mg EGCG – currently 4 Nutraplanet Green Tea capsules

4.  200 – 300 mg caffeine – currently taking Jet-Alert

All of my reps and sets have increased. For example, I went from doings sets of 20 to sets of 50 for bodyweight squats.
