POW Stack: Post-Workout Carnitine with Alpha-lipoic Acid (ALA) for testosterone, IGF-1 and recovery.

Post-Workout (POW) with fast digesting carbs.

  1. 1-3 grams of carnitine (as L-carnitine, acetyl-L-carnitine or L-carnitine L-tartrate)
  2. 300-500 mg of ALA
  3. 35 grams of dextrose or waxy-maize
