Resveratrol - Get Drunk with Muscle and Tipsy with Fatloss

Resveratrol is often thought has the stuff in wine responsible for the French paradox. France is famous for smokers and fatty foods but also lower incidences of cancer and heart disease. Resveratrol is a powerful antioxidant that just may be what the gym rat ordered for higher testosterone, lower estrogen and increased fat loss.

In addition, the phenol found in grape skins and seeds may also be beneficial in supporting a reduced risk of cancer and cardiovascular health. Studies has also shown it's effectiveness in supporting increased muscle endurance and a increase in insulin sensitivity.

According to Flex Magazine, try 5-500mg of resveratrol in the morning about 30-60 minutes before workouts without food. On rest days, replace that pre-workout dose with an afternoon dose.

According to Examine

Quercetin increases Resveratrol bioavailability.

Calcium-D-Glucarate and increasing anti-oxidative potential and anti-thrombic effects of Resveratrol.

Supplementing for cerebral blood flow requires a dose in the
250-500mg range whereas supplementation for aromatase inhibition requires 500mg as well.
