Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA): 1 to 3 grams per day with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Green Tea: 500 mg with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Vitamin C: 500-2,000 mg 1-2 times per day with food.
Licorice Extract: 500-1,000 mg 2-3 times per day with food for up to four weeks. Avoid if you have high blood pressure.
