CASEIN PROTEIN           40 g
FLAXSEED OIL             2-3 Tbsp.
ARGININE                 5 g
GLUTAMINE                5-10 g
ZMA                      1 dose

Take the ZMA 1 hour before bedtime on an empty stomach and drink the casein with flax oil, arginine and glutamine immediately before bedtime. This will allow for maximum absorption of the ZMA.

Arginine is extremely bitter. It is usually best with orange or lemon juice. Otherwise capsules or substituting citrulline malate.
