Lysine
Lysine
Lysine is an essential amino acid, which means your body cannot manufacture it so it must be obtained through the diet or by supplementation. Lysine is an essential component of all proteins and works with other essential amino acids to maintain growth, lean body mass, and the body's store of nitrogen.Lysine acts as a precursor for several other amino acids, including L-Citrulline (needed for normal protein metabolism) and L-carnitine (needed for fat metabolism). Lysine is crucial for the formation of collagen, a major part of the body's connective tissues and appears to help the body absorb and conserve calcium and may reduce its excretion.
Lysine contributes to energy production when converted to acetyl coenzyme A, one of the principal fuels for the Krebs cycle. Lysine is needed for growth and to help maintain nitrogen balance in the body. L-lysine has many other functions in the body because it is incorporated into many proteins, which are used by the body for a variety of purposes. Lysine supports a healthy immune system.

Athlete Certified Nutrition Carniplex 90
How is Carniplex different than your current L-Carnitine supplement?
First, if you are taking free form L-carnitine; your supplement is essentially a waste as it is the accepted standard that only 14-18% of free-form L-carnitine is absorbed. If your L-carnitine product contains either free form L-carnitine alone or free form L-carnitine as part of a magical combination done for nothing more than to get you excited about more forms of L-carnitine (in other words, its marketing!) then you should ditch that product immediately. In that sense, this is the single-most bioavailable carnitine complex on the market.
Defy Aging with L-Carnitine
Age-related declines in mitochondrial function and increases in mitochondrial oxidant production are thought to be important contributors to the adverse effects of aging. Tissue L-carnitine levels have been found to decline with age in humans & animals. One study found that feeding aged rats acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR) reversed the age-related declines in tissue L-carnitine levels and also reversed a number of age-related changes in liver mitochondrial function; however, high doses of ALCAR increased liver mitochondrial oxidant production. ALCAR supplementation in rats has also been shown to improve or reverse age-related mitochondrial declines in skeletal and cardiac muscle.
Unique Properties of ALCAR
Acetyl-L-Carnitine is a modified amino acid that supports cellular energy production by assisting in the transport of fat into the mitochondria where it is oxidized & converted into ATP (chemical energy for the cell). Acetyl-L-Carnitine is in a highly bioavailable form of L-Carnitine that can cross the blood-brain barrier, where it exerts an antioxidant effect, helps to maintain healthy cellular energy metabolism and
supports brain function.

The super sex supplement put the kids to bed and make mama happy stack.
Here's an interesting post from the below forum link.
(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg
http://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theory-science-forum/11665-supplements-semen-increase.html
This seems to be a point of interest for many people here. I know one of my main goals in performing PE exercises was to improve sexual health. Along with that was to increase the intensity of my orgasm and ejaculate. While I quickly discovered that Kegels could help generate more power behind my orgasm, I haven’t (thus far anyway) been able to find an actual exercise that increased orgasm intensity and load size.
So, I started testing supplements. This took awhile but I finally have complete results.
I gave the following supplements individually 3 weeks of continued use and then recorded each one’s effectiveness. I jerked off every other day (20 minutes of edging) and maintained a similar diet and water intake to the best of my ability. For health purposes, I only followed the recommended dosage with each supplement.
1. L-Arginine: 1000mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 1000mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: NO
Positives From Taking: It may have increased erection firmness
Any Ill Side Effects: None
2. L-Lysine: 1000mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 1000mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: NO
Positives From Taking: Nothing that I am aware of
Any Ill Side Effects: Minor – Light-headed 30 minutes after taking for about 10 minutes.
3. Korean Ginseng: 500mg Strength. Taken 2 times daily. Total = 1000mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: NO
Positives From Taking: Nothing that I am aware of
Any Ill Side Effects: Major – On 6 separate occasions, I developed terrible headaches.
4. Zinc: 50mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 50mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: YES – Somewhat Noticeable
Positives From Taking: Somewhat noticeable increase in my cum amount
Any Ill Side Effects: None
5. Pygeum: 100mg Strength. Taken 2 times daily. Total = 200mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: YES – Definitely Noticeable
Positives From Taking: Definite increase in cum amount, greatly increased pre-cum
Any Ill Side Effects: None
6. Maca: 450mg Strength. Taken 3 times daily. Total = 1350mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: NO
Positives From Taking: It may have made me hornier
Any Ill Side Effects: Minor – This stuff definitely made me dizzy
7. Lecithin: 1200mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 1200mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: YES
Increase Amount of Cum: YES
Positives From Taking: Much much bigger loads. Amazing increase in orgasm intensity
Any Ill Side Effects: None
These results prompted me to do one more test. I tested all of the supplements that I saw good results with as a supplement stack. Lecithin, Pygeum, Zinc, and I added L-Arginine. I kept the same dosage with each supplement and tested this stack for 3 weeks.
And I have discovered the holy grail of orgasms.
The Cum Holy Grail
(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg
As a side note: After being on Pygeum for 5 straight weeks now, I leak pre-cum like a damn faucet. This stuff definitely activates the Cowper’s gland.

Get Ripped with Spring Valley L-Lysine for less than $10 per month
Research
has shown that l-carnitine is the transporter of fat to muscle to burn. The
problem is that if you are already taxed in your food and supplement budget,
the additional $30 to $40 for one amino acid can be pretty expensive. Well,
lucky for you I found a way to increase your l-carnitine levels without
increasing your budget drastically. The answer is in 5,000 mg of l-lysine per
day.
Stack
with 500 – 1,000 mg of Vitamin C.
Lysine-carnitine conversion in normal and undernourished adult men-suggestion of a nonpeptidyl pathway.
Abstract
Administration of 5 g L-lysine orally to normal adults produced a significant increase in plasma carnitine levels within 6 h followed by a further rise by 48 h. Levels remained high up to 72 h. Similar changes in plasma carnitine were not observed if blood was sampled without lysine load or after administering a load of other amino acids such as tryptophan or threonine. Maximum excretion of carnitine per g creatinine was observed in 24 to 48 h collection after lysine load. Two subjects showed an early peak in 3-h and 6-h collections, respectively. Undernourished subjects failed to demonstrate similar change. After rehabilitation the undernourished subjects behaved as did the well-nourished subjects. These observations suggest that there may be a rapid in vivo conversion of orally administered lysine to carnitine in humans. Conversion of lysine to carnitine may be impaired in malnutrition.

Bodybuilders and Livestock: Both want GAINS!
Bodybuilders have often turned to the livestock supplement regimens to decrease fat and increase muscle. Livestock operations have become fairly effecient in doing this. Use of things like Trenbolone and Clenbuterol in cattle was the norm for many years. Horse racing has used natural supplements like Gamma Oryzanol and Creatine. As well as not so legal steroids and all forms of performance enhancing drugs.
Well here's a natural stack you can use that also used to muscle up livestock.
Betaine
From Muscle and Fitness
"This unique amino acid (also called trimethylglycine) derived from beets aids joint and liver repair, joint building, and liver protection. Studies show that it boosts strength and power, increases growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels, and even acts like the body's own production of creatine. Research suggests that it may also support faster recovery from injury and inflammation."

The Amino Acid Profile of Human Muscle Tissue
I have no idea whether this information is relevant to muscle building or protein intake but thought that is was interesting enough to share. Even though leucine is a small percentage of muscle tissue it is still key to signaling protein synthesis. It appears that leucine has the ability to bypass usage in the gut and the liver leading to high blood levels. The high blood levels signals the mTor pathway to initiate protein synthesis.
