If you are a fan of branch
chain amino acid drinks, and you should be. Then you are familiar with the BCAA
foam when you add water. It is easy to avoid if using unflavored BCAAs and
adding them to your protein powder, but often you want a BCAA drink during the
day or around your workout.
Well there’s another simple
trick to get rid of that annoying foam. Next time you are ready to drink your
BCAA’s or leucine, add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice or lemon juice from
concentrate.
Just shake and voila! No
foam!
