Clint Darden's Hamburger Helper Bulking Diet

I came across this diet watching the video Using 1,000 MG Trenbolone Per Week, HGH Fragment vs HGH - YouTube


I think he gives good advice saying you can be 200 lbs without taking anything.

Daily

  1. Drink a gallon of milk.
  2. Mix 3lbs of ground beef and 1 box of Hamburger Helper and eat through out the day.

Of course stick with the big compound movements: Squats, deadlifts, bent-over rows, bench press, dips, shoulder presses and pull-ups.
