What's in Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein? aka Walmart Protein

If your budget is tight then I would suggest heading to Walmart and buying the Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein. Why? Because for around $15 you will be set for a month. There's 20 - 21 servings which means that if you workout 5 times per week it should last.

I would recommend 1 scoop mixed with milk post-workout. That would get you upwards north of 40 grams of protein. The milk will add some slow digesting protein to go along with the fast whey in the powder.
