More Growth Hormone for Me with ALPHA-GPC. Increase growth hormone by 333% and bench press by 14%.

Alpha-GPC (L-alphaglycerophosphatidylcholine; also known as choline alfoscerate) increases growth hormone (GH) production by inhibiting a brain chemical that normally blocks it.

A study showed reported that a single dose increased peak bench press strength by 14% as compared to the placebo group.

The same study performed at the Center for Applied Health Sciences showed that subjects consuming 600mg of Alpha-GPC 90 minutes prior to resistance exercise increased their GH levels by 333%.

Flex Magazine recommends 250-500mg one hour before workouts and before bed.

Muscle and Fitness also recommends the below stacks to take full advantage of alpha-gpc.
